We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or delivered — unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

📦 Refused Deliveries or Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders refused upon delivery, or shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Due to hygiene regulations, all perfume sales are final. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
